Retail Sales:
We guarantee that you will not have to deal with a salesperson – simply because we do not employ any. Instead, at Autohausweb we employ only customer service representatives whose sole purpose is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. We guarantee no hassle, high-pressure sales techniques or “games”. Unlike most of our competitors, whose job is to move inventory on their lots, if we don’t have the make, model or color you prefer in stock, our customer service representatives will gladly work with you to find you the right vehicle.

Locator and Buying Service:
We guarantee that if the vehicle we have acquired for you does not completely meet or exceed your expectations, you are under no obligation to take delivery and your deposit will be fully refunded.

Service Department:
We guarantee that you will have the utmost confidence and trust in our certified professional technicians to maintain or make any necessary repairs to your vehicle strictly according to factory specifications.

Autohausweb Certified Pre-owned Program:
Before any vehicle is delivered or offered for sale it is subjected to the same thorough inspection, maintenance, and, if needed, repair standards that are offered on factory certified vehicles. It is our policy that no client of Autohausweb should have to pay for any additional scheduled maintenance during their first 12 months or 12000 miles of ownership. Every Autohausweb Certified Pre-owned vehicle comes with Free Scheduled Maintenance for the first 12 months or 12,000 miles – (including oil changes). Free maintenance does not apply to vehicles offered on consignment.

We further certify that no vehicle that we offer for sale will have sustained previous frame or unibody damage, or have any history of a Lemon Law Buyback or flood damage. These vehicles are clearly identified at the auctions we attend. We strictly avoid them and believe you should also.

Warranty:
Most of the vehicles that we deliver are still covered under the remaining Factory Warranty. Those that are not under factory warranty receive an Autohausweb 6 month/6,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. Extended service contracts are available for up to 7 years or 100,000 miles.

We at Autohausweb are committed to delivering absolutely the best quality vehicle for your budget. The piece of mind of having absolutely no additional costs for maintenance during your first 12 months or 12,000 miles of ownership speaks for itself.

Our Prices:
Autohausweb offers most high end off lease and program cars, still under factory warranty, at, near or even below NADA trade-in values. The market availability, colors, options and seasonal fluctuations of particular models will determine delivered price. We also quote you a firm delivered price for the particular make and model you desire up front.

Trades and Consignments:
We are always happy to take your trade, however, we will not play games with you by inflating our retail prices to make it look like we are giving you more for your trade. We are also pleased to sell your vehicle on consignment if it passes our pre-sale inspection standards.
