Q: Do you work with clients who don't know for sure what kind of car that they want?
A: Most of our clients have already done their research and have decided on a particular make and model of car. However, some clients contact us without a firm decision on a make or model. Our customers service representatives work with those that have not decided to offer them advice on which particular make and model is the best value. We have had clients who have given us three different makes and models and asked us to acquire them the best car for their money.

Q: How can Autohausweb deliver most off lease and program cars at trade-in prices?
A: The answer is very simple. We keep our overhead low. We don't have a million dollar showroom or a retail lot with a large number of cars that we are trying to sell and paying interest on. By taking orders for clients we know exactly what to acquire and we turn our inventory over every 7 days. We also do not spend thousands of dollars in advertising or have commissioned salespersons. These significant savings we pass on to our clients.

Q: How do I know I will get exactly the car I ordered?
A: Autohausweb only believes in completely satisfied customers. We specifically state in our buyer's order that if the vehicle we have acquired for you does not completely meet your expectations we will gladly refund your deposit and cancel your buyer's order. To date, every vehicle we have acquired for our customers has met or exceeded their expectations. In fact, one recent client was so pleased that she took one of the Autohausweb owners to lunch.

Q: How do I order a car?
A: After you have requested a quote on a particular year, make and model one of our service representatives will contact you through email or, if you prefer, on the phone to confirm the availability and options, color, miles, etc. We will then provide you a firm quote on the car of your choice delivered at our dealership or shipped to your home. To order a vehicle we only require that you have the funds available or are preapproved for financing to complete your purchase within 7 days of us acquiring your vehicle. We also require a token $250 refundable deposit to initiate your search. Once we have located and inspected vehicles that meet your preferences we will call you from the auction to describe them and get your input prior to bidding and acquiring your vehicle.

Q: How long does it take to get a car after I have ordered it?
A: Most models take approximately two to three weeks from the time we receive the order to the time we deliver the car. Limited availability of some makes and models make take up to 30 days to locate the right car for you. Each car we acquire is personally inspected by one of our owners to ensure it meets our high standards before we acquire it. It is then shipped to our Manassas, Virginia dealership to be completely detailed and certified to meet Autohausweb standards. We normally require 7 days from the time the car arrives at our dealership before it is ready to be delivered.
